After overcoming a mid-match wobble to beat State-mate PC Anirudh 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 to win the boys' under-16 singles title, Taquiddin then teamed up with Nandish Mehul Vora to defeat the pair of Anirudh and Surya Prasad 6-7 (3-7), 6-2, 11-9 to wear the doubles crown in the same age category as well.
Karnataka's Rashmika Rajan took home the girls' under-16 singles title, easing past Pragati Natraj of Tamil Nadu 6-3, 6-0 in a lop-sided final.
