Traffic restrictions for IPL match

*Traffic restrictions including ban on parking on certain roads have been imposed by the Traffic police for the Indian Premier League T-20 cricket match in the City on April 16.
*
There will be no parking facility between 2 pm and 11.30 pm on following roads:
Both sides of the Queen's Road, from the CTO Circle to Queen's Circle; Both sides of the Mahatma Gandhi Road, from the Anil Kumble Circle and Queen's Circle; link Road from the Mahatma Gandhi Road to Cubbon Road; Raj Bhavan Road, T Chowdiah Road and Race Course Road; on both adjoining roads of the stadium; both sides of the Central Street.

Cubbon Road between the BRV Circle and Dickenson Road Junction, between the Kamaraj Road Junction and Dickenson Road Junction; Madras Bank Road between the State Bank of India Circle and Ashivardam Circle; Museum Road between the Mahatma Gandhi Road and Madras Bank Road and till Residency Road; Kasturba Road between the Queen's Circle and Hudson Circle; Grand Road between the Siddalingaiah Circle and Raja Ram Mohan Roy Circle; inside Cubbon Park on King's Road, in front of the Press Club, Bal Bhavan and Fountain Road; from the Queen's Circle till Grant Junction on Lavelle Road; from the Siddalingaiah Circle till Bishop Cotton Girls' school on Vittal Mallya Road.

The parking facility has been provided on the following stretches:
St Joseph Indian High School ground and the Kantheerava Stadium; First floor of the Shivajinagar Bus Stand; Parking for vehicles of police and other staff deployed for the security duty has been provided in front of the KGID building.

*Entrance for pedestrians*

From gate number 1 to 8. Gate numbers 17 to 20 are located on Link Road and those coming from Anil Kumble Circle can directly use the Link
Road.

*Special Metro services *

The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) will operate special services on Tuesday and Saturday (April 20) on account of the scheduled Indian Premier League (IPL) T-20 cricket matches.

"Trains will not run after the last service at 10 pm. However, the special services will start from MGRoad station at 11.30 pm and trains will operate
till 12.30 am, at an interval of 20 minutes," a BMRCL spokesperson said. Reported by Deccan Herald 3 days ago.
