On Monday, March 31, one of the most popular shows in the world came to an end. 'How I Met Your Mother', a show that shot its cast into the international spotlight and one that had a massive impact on pop-culture concluded its nine year run. However, the two part finale left fans with a bitter sweet reaction.
The show revolves around Ted Mosby, a 20-something who lives in New York with his four friends and relates to his children, the events that led up to his meeting their mother. The show received positive reactions from fans and critics throughout its nine year run, however, the series finale left a little to be desired according to some fans.
Many were sad about the show ending, some were angry at how it ended, while the more committed fans enjoyed the final chapter of the show.
